What is PrimeFit?

Fast-paced and large gym classes become more difficult when you’re dealing with injuries/niggles, medical conditions, are only just getting into exercise or just can’t quite keep up. On the other hand, traditional seniors exercise classes can feel too slow or easy, not challenging some people enough to improve their fitness and strength. 

PrimeFit is our answer to this problem. Small, individualised group classes run by exercise physiologists for people who are looking to improve their strength, fitness, mobility and balance, and tailored to help manage your injuries, niggles and medical conditions. We run our classes in our private gym spaces so people can feel comfortable while they exercise.


What to Expect?

  • 60 minute initial assessment to learn your story, your goals and put a plan in place together

  • 60 minute classes run by qualified exercise physiologists

  • Maximum of 8 participants in each class 

  • Two different class levels to suit each individual 

  • Flexible payment options (direct debit or pack of 10 sessions)

  • Large class timetable

Why Rebound?

We’ve been running exercise classes on the Northern Beaches for 15 years and our exercise physiologists have experience working with people with a range of abilities, injuries and medical conditions. 

We have the capacity to tailor your group class experience to your needs and level, making sure that you’re looked after and working at the right intensity for you.

We work very closely with our dietitians, physios, chiros and OTs and can help you with any concerns or needs you may have in other areas.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No! Anyone can join our classes after we’ve done our initial assessment together

  • Wear something that you are comfortable exercising in and a drink bottle is a good idea if you have one, otherwise we have cups you can use

  • Our group class item codes for health insurance are 102 and 502, so you can contact your health insurer and ask if they cover these codes
