Nicki is committed to creating a positive first impression by making everyone feel welcome in the clinic, whether that is by greeting everyone with a smile, offering assistance with enquiries or just providing support.

Nicki manages all front desk operations, whether that is answering phone calls, providing information, or handling administrative tasks. Nicki ensures all questions are answered and emails, faxes, and invoices are completed. Nicki will reschedule appointments when needed, take payments and can assist with any customer service inquiries you might have.
