The classes will commence with high energy warm-up exercises & games to release your child's energy so they can be more focused and relaxed during the class.
Each week, new Pilates-based exercises will be introduced, aimed at increasing their core stability, flexibility, strength and balance.
The sessions will also incorporate imaginative play components, such as story-telling, to improve their cognitive processing.
The classes will conclude with relaxation, breathing and mindfulness exercises so that your little ones can return to class feeling more focused, refreshed and ready to learn. -
