The Role: As the Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and inspire our Occupational Therapy team.

  • Oversee clinical education and mentoring programs.

  • Ensure efficient management of timetabling, availability, and client allocations.

  • Participate in recruiting new practitioners and supporting their professional growth.

  • Collaborate with the Director to align clinical and business goals.

  • Have excellent clinical skills, including NDIS specific experience 

  • Be involved in helping client by holding a reduced clinical caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate commitment to Rebound’s Values.

  • Lead by example in induction, mentoring, and CPD programs.

  • Oversee diary management, rosters, and leave planning.

  • Deliver and adapt clinical education sessions.

  • Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.

  • Plan and prepare professional development activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary Allied Health qualification.

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
