The Role: As the Team Leader, you will:
Lead and inspire our Occupational Therapy team.
Oversee clinical education and mentoring programs.
Ensure efficient management of timetabling, availability, and client allocations.
Participate in recruiting new practitioners and supporting their professional growth.
Collaborate with the Director to align clinical and business goals.
Have excellent clinical skills, including NDIS specific experience
Be involved in helping client by holding a reduced clinical caseload
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate commitment to Rebound’s Values.
Lead by example in induction, mentoring, and CPD programs.
Oversee diary management, rosters, and leave planning.
Deliver and adapt clinical education sessions.
Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
Plan and prepare professional development activities.

Qualifications and Experience:
Tertiary Allied Health qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
